1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using MagneticWorld ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These terms do not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MagneticWorld is a 2D magnetic puzzle game available on iOS. The Game offers free and paid content, including in-app purchases for virtual coins and additional level packs.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may create an account using email/password or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may only create one account per person.
You may play as a guest without creating an account, but leaderboard features require an account.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game offers in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for all purchases and handles billing, receipts, and refunds.
Consumable purchases (Coin Packs) add virtual coins to your account. Coins are non-transferable and have no real-world value.
Non-consumable purchases (Level Packs) permanently unlock additional game content tied to your Apple ID.
Prices shown include applicable VAT for EU/UK users. Prices may vary by region due to App Store pricing tiers.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple following the App Store refund policy: support.apple.com/HT204084.

6. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA/UK)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU/EEA and UK consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Important: by purchasing in-app content (Coin Packs or Level Packs) and using it (e.g. spending coins, unlocking levels), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive. Before performance has begun, you may withdraw by emailing [email protected] or through Apple's refund process.

7. STATUTORY WARRANTY (EU)

EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/770. If the digital content does not conform to the contract, you have the right to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract, under the conditions set out by law. 8. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (COINS)

Coins are earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchases.
Coins can only be used within the Game to buy power-ups.
Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or refunded outside the statutory rights described above.
We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates and prices with reasonable advance notice.

9. LEADERBOARD AND FAIR PLAY

Leaderboard scores are verified using deterministic level seeds and hash validation.
Any form of cheating, score manipulation, or exploitation of bugs to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
We may remove fraudulent scores and suspend accounts that violate fair play.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game beyond what is permitted by mandatory law.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the Game.
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
Use offensive or inappropriate display names.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game, including graphics, pixel art, music, sound effects, code, and game mechanics, is the property of ObanekLabs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

We may update the Game to add features, fix bugs, or make improvements. Where an update is necessary to maintain conformity of the digital content, we will provide it in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online features (leaderboards, daily challenges).
We reserve the right to discontinue the Game or any feature with reasonable advance notice, subject to your statutory rights.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including EU consumer law).

Subject to the above, the Game is provided "as is" and ObanekLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game, including loss of data or loss of virtual currency.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

However, where you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation Art. 6, Brussels I bis Regulation Arts. 17-19). You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

16. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (EU)

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obligated to participate in ODR but list this resource for awareness.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
